New Athlete Clearance Process Starting 8/21/24

Any student wanting to play a sport at Fort Meade Middle Senior must be cleared on Activate prior to participating in any activities.  To sign up, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to acktivate.com and click in login.  
  2. Fill out the information and verify your email.  
  3. Search and Select "Fort Meade Middle Senior High School" and complete all required fields.  
  4. Complete all the required forms including uploading the physical / health clearance and completing the parent consent and release from liability form.
